How To OPT OUT of
Trigger Lists

Stop The Rats From Buying
Your Private Information

The solution to the unsolicited calls & offers is a two-step solution we are going to discuss in reverse order because often this is the order this insidious practice attacks with. It can be stopped!

Step 1) “OPT OUT,” which we discuss on the following page… and stops the sale of your info.

Step 2) “The DO NOT CALL LIST,” The “Do Not Call List” has several components that the call centers are learning to fear… and since you will most probably be contacted by several of these Lending Call Centers, you may have to make several requests; but the process is easy. When contacted by one of these “Services,” Politely ask their name; Their company’s name and contact information; Write it down as if you might be interested… and then request to be placed onto their Company’s “Do Not Call List. Now!” This has proven to be very effective!

NOTE: None of these solicitations come from a company that will honestly tell you that they bought your information from a “Trigger” or purchased “Lead List.” If these companies can not even be honest about how they have come to contact you, do you honestly believe they are going to honor anything they claim to offer? We have yet to see one of these “Better Offers” actually be legitimate… every time they have found some reason the rates and terms had to be increased at the time loan documents were being ordered or even once they are received (completely different from what was promised)! They always have some lame excuse… and because they pay so much for their lead lists, close so few actual loans and have such huge overhead costs (Change names often) and go out of business to avoid complaints. The simple fact is that borrowers never benefit from lenders who originate loans using deceptions & lies.

OPTING OUT: Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Equifax, Experian, Innovis, and TransUnion, are permitted to include your name on lists used by creditors or insurers to make offers of credit or insurance. Thankfully the FCRA also allows you the ability to "Opt-Out", which prevents Consumer Credit Reporting Companies from providing your credit file information for questionable offers of credit or insurance that are not initiated by you.

To Opt Out; go online to www.OptOutPrescreen.com or by calling this toll-free number: (888) 567-8688. If you have previously completed a request to Opt-Out from receiving offers and would for some strange reason, or insanity, like to Opt-In, you may also complete such request on this website.

You will be asked to provide such personal information as your, Name; Address; Social Security Number; and date of birth.
